Bishop Eddie Long is not out of the clear just yet in relation to a sex scandal involving four men, which rocked his New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia. Bishop Eddie Long, who still heads up the mega-church, reached an out-of-court settlement with four of the men, but Fox 5 in Atlanta uncovered a fifth man who was not named in the lawsuit. Long's fifth accuser's identity was kept secret for unknown reasons, but his identity was revealed today (July 28th). The man is a 22-year-old named Centino Kemp, who is working on a R&B/hip-hop album from the standpoint of a jilted lover. Fox 5 showed pictures of Kemp, who sports tattoos of a Eddie Long's name across his forearm. Kemp is allegedly recording his debut album in a small recording studio. He has been spotted being shuttled back and forth to the studio in a late model limousine, to sessions that cost around $100 an hour, where he is recording songs like "Pornography."

A once profitable business venture between producer TPain and Antares Technologies has ended in a lawsuit over the rapper/producer's association with the company's popular "Autotune" affect. The rapper, who used to officially endorse Antares' auto-tune effect, ended his deal with the company in June and formed a new company with Izotope, to promote his own line of "T-Pain" audio effects called "The T-Pain Effect." Yesterday (July 25th), T-Pain filed a lawsuit in United States District Court of Northern District of California, claiming that Antares continues to use his image and likeness in advertisements, packaging and marketing materials for Antares' rival products. T-Pain claims Antares is also marketing a competing "Autotune" product, using is image and likeness. In addition to at least $1 million in damages, T-Pain is seeking an injunction prohibiting Antares from using his name image, likeness, photograph, voice or anything else connecting him to Antares' competing "Autotune" products.

It's been almost 15 years since the Tupac and Biggie murders captured the hearts and minds of entertainment world, but those close to the rappers are still finding ways to heal and find closure. Just recently, Young Noble of the Outlawz and Lil' Cease of Junior Mafia decided to record a new song entitled "Bury the Hatchet," to commemorate their squashing of the beef, in addition to recognizing the 15-year anniversary of Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur passing away. "At the end of the day me and the Outlawz was always cool, and me and Cease are cool, and I just thought about how nobody never really grabbed hold of The Outlawz or Lil' Cease," Kay Slay told AllHipHop.com of the commemorative song. According to both the rappers, Young Noble and Lil' Cease share a common thread, in that they were both on the scene when their respective mentors and friends were shot. When Tupac was murdered in Las Vegas, Young Noble was in the car behind Tupac and when Biggie was murdered in Los Angeles, Lil' Cease was in the car and luckily dodged the rare, German made, Gecko armor-piercing bullets, that took Biggie's life. "We had so much animosity towards each other without even knowing each other, just because we was ridin' for Big and they were ridin' for Pac, but like they say time heals all wounds," Lil Cease told AllHipHop.com. "We were young and wild, so at the end of the day we were ready for whatever. We were ridin' with Pac, our big brother so we pretty much were on some soldier shit," Young Noble told AllHipHop.com. "That whole era of Hip-Hop was historical. I just wish Pac and Big were here to see it."
