Faith Evans has been hit with a lawsuit over personal home videos of Christopher “Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace. Kaushi Entertainment and Dro-Entertainment filed their lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming that they struck a deal with Evans in February of 2007 to sell the personal videos featuring B.I.G. for $30,000. Kaushi Entertainment claims they were supposed to purchase the films from RocDarling Films, a company owned by B.I.G.‘s associate, Damion “D-Roc” Butler. Kaushi Entertainment says they made the payment to B.I.G’s estate and received permission to use the videos, which were never delivered. The company seeks over $5,000,000 in damages over the botched deal. Also named in the lawsuit are Faith Evans, Damion Butler and RocDarling.

The mother of Rick Ross’ daughter is suing 50 Cent for disseminating her private sex tape over the internet last year. Lastonia Leviston processed her complaint yesterday (February 24) in Manhattan, alleging that 50 Cent used the tape without her permission, and has caused her to suffer “emotional distress.” Last March, 50 Cent posted the video on his affiliate site www.boobootv.com as a form of psychological warfare with then rival Rick Ross. The Queens mogul edited the 13-minute sex tape to include himself under his short-lived Pimpin’ Curly persona. As Curly, he hurled insults at Ross and Leviston, identified in the clip as “Brooke.” “Double R? Does that stand for Rick Ross in the middle of her motherf**kin’ chest man?! Oh this is cold blooded man. I told n***as I was the beast from the east man. They thought I was bullsh***ing. I ain’t bullsh***ing no more man. 1 minute and 30 seconds n***a. You see the tape. It only been on for 1 minute and 30 seconds,” Curly ridiculed. The male participant’s face in the clip is blurred out and has never been identified. According to Leviston’s lawsuit, the tape was made in 2008.

50 Cent will drastically change his image for his new role in the upcoming movie Things Fall Apart, which is being produced through his Cheetah Vision Films. The movie centers around 50 Cent’s character, a football star who is suffering from cancer during his senior year in college. In order to accurately portray the role, 50 Cent will shed over 60 pounds from his muscular physique, which he has prominently displayed in numerous photographs and album covers. "Fifty is in the process of losing 65 pounds" for the role,” the film’s co-producer, Randall Emmett told Daily Variety. Mario Van Peebles has signed on to direct Things Fall Apart, which also stars Van Peebles, Lynn Whitfield, comedian Mike P and Steve Eastin. Before he sheds the pounds, 50 Cent will tour Europe to promote his latest album Before I Self Destruct. The tour kicks off tomorrow (February 23) in Berlin, Germany.
